We are happy to help you place your order by phone, or assist you with any questions you may have during the purchase: call us at the number you find in the "Contacts" section. 

House of Diesel points can be earned and used both online and in Diesel stores. If you register in-store, you will receive an email with a link to activate your account before you can start earning points. Remember to log in every time you make a purchase, and to provide your account details when shopping in a Diesel store.

If you move to another Country/region, you can register again using the same email, name, and surname (make sure they are written identically). Your House of Diesel account will be automatically linked, and you will keep all the benefits you've already earned.

You can check the remaining amount at a Diesel store or online on this page, under the "Gift Card Balance" section, by entering your card number and PIN. Registered House of Diesel users will also see the balance in their account.

You can check the status of your order at any time from the "Track your order" page, or directly in your account, inside the Orders section. Click on the tracking number to see the details. You will also receive the tracking number by email, once your order has been shipped.

We offer exchanges for a different size and/or colour; we cannot send you a completely different item. Remember that you can return any item for a full refund within 30 days from delivery.

If you've requested a return but you can't find the pre-paid shipping label that came with your order, all you have to do is fill in the online Return Form. Once you have completed this form, you will receive an email with a new shipping label you can print and use immediately.

If you need any assistance, our Client Service will be happy to help you fill in the Return Form or prepare your return.

If you prefer, you can also take the items to a Diesel flagship store.

You can check the status of your return from the "Track your order" page. Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase, and you will be able to see all order and return details. If the return is marked as "accepted", this means the refund will be requested shortly, or has already been issued. House of Diesel members can find this information also in the Account section, after login.
